I created this blog to share recipes and experiments that I make in my little 6m² Parisian kitchen. I live paleo 80/20, but then I often do a challenge at 100% for a month or so.. Honestly it’s really a challenge itself to live paleo in France, since you are being served the inevitable basket of baguette in every restaurant or little bistro – the fries can be replaced with some extra lettuce though… But mostly it just fires up my motivation to stay ‘clean’ and healthy. I hope that you’ll find some inspiration and just write if you have some questions or favorite dishes that you would like to have paleo’fied – I’m always up for a challenge..
